Andreas developed his passion for pigeons at the age of five. His grandparents kept a few pigeons on their farm and laid the foundation for the development of the exceptional breeder. Barely 5 years later the first race with his own pigeons followed. In the following time, he could grew his expertise by years of hard work and conscientious breeding. The first big regional successes was in 1989. The big breakthrough was about to come ten years later. Particularly remembered is the year 1998 in which not only the German championship, but also the World Cup was won.
Today, the German pigeon sport without Andreas and Walter Drapa unthinkable. Almost like a subscription, the exceptional loft from Königsbach-stone is repeatedly at the forefront of national and international competitions and proves each year the quality of the loft. In search of new top pigeons, Andreas is incessant and enriches his loft each year with new exceptional pigeons.
